Fostering

Pets are very special companions as we all know. Owning pets is the normal and most sought after method of caring for them and enjoying their company. HCAW's promoting the concept of fostering animals that are sheltered at the Center for one reason or another. Fostering provides a convenient way for families who are unable to commit to care for pets on a life time basis, but still provides the joy and the reward from looking after a pet.
